| IT HAS BEEN 7 MONTHS.
The monumentalness of that is exactly that - monumental.
well, let's see if we can't get you all up to speed.
-I'm back at GV, studying Sports Management and still lacking a certain flare for studying, reading and attending class.
-I'm in Grandville and Brookmeadow Apartments with a certain she-who-shall-not-be-named. It goes well all told.
-Dick's is the only job for me right now, 25-35hrs/week usually. I just "celebrated" a year there and to celebrate, i was passed for a promotion by a hot chick who has been there 3 weeks!
-Money's ok. I get big paychecks, the roommate's seeing bigger paychecks, and i have a $6000 loan coming. So all should work out with that.
-My grandpa has lymphoma. He's old and this might take him. Pray.
-My dad has two post-retirement jobs to pass his time and make a little pocket cash. They are emptynesters as my sister is in CA with her husband Tim. Weird, eh?
-Call me. The least i can do is be busy (as usual) and unable.

| so, i serve old dutch people dutch food 3-4 times a week. it's a
living. and i have officially been there 2 weeks. i have
yet to be challenged by a shift, but that'll come this weekend:
Saturday: 7:30am-3pm
Sunday: 8:30am-3am
those dutch people will kill for their pancakes and scandanavian shuffles and six refills of coffee.

Geezus, if they wanted me to get another job they should just fire me and stop tying up 6.5 hours a week of my time.

| wow...so not working for over a week is mind-numbing.
They haven't given me a shift since last week Tuesday morning. I
have applied at the grossly-understaffed NW Leonard st. Blockbuster and
hope that works out. in the meanwhile, i have been playing Madden
07 for the XBox and doing nothing.
Although i have won 3 of the last 5 tuesday night poker games.
That's cool.
